Having a degree in cognitive science with a specialty in human behavior allows me to help clients build long lasting effective habits. I am an 100% insured and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in nutrition, corrective exercise, Crossfit, AED and CPR to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Experience

With 10,000+ hours of personal training experience at global and boutique gyms, I have an extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology that’s translated into easily accessible cues to help you perform an exercise safely and effectively.

Track Record

During my 10 year stint within the fitness industry, I have trained nearly one hundred different clients with various ages, experience and abilities. I am proud to currently have 10+ clients with over 200 sessions and 15+ clients with over 100 sessions. My goal is to build lifelong relationships to help real people get real results. I’m confident that I can assess your abilities and create a fitness program that will allow you to obtain and maintain optimal results.


In-Person Training

With 1:1 Personal Training, we will work together in creating a highly personalized lifestyle routine to accomplish your wellness goals.

Our first task will be Movement. We will work together to evaluate your six movement patterns, address any dysfunctions, and then enhance your overall mobility, strength, cardiovascular output, and athletic conditioning.

Our second task will be Nutrition. We will work together to customize your diet so you can enjoy what you eat while optimizing your body’s ability to burn fat, build muscle, and absorb nutrients. We will determine your correct macronutrient composition based on your body type, activity levels, goals.

Our third task will be Lifestyle. We will work together to modify your behavioral patterns to implement effective habits to relieve stress, get more restful sleep, and recover from hard workouts

Virtual Training

Virtual training is a low effort and cost effective way to get all the benefits of personal training while staying at home. As your virtual trainer, I will use my expertise to design a results-driven workout program based on your environment and fitness needs. Your routine will incorporate whatever equipment that is available to you — from being at home with no equipment or at a fully-stocked gym. We will use your choice of digital conferencing service: FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, Google Hangout, etc. to conduct our sessions where you will get real time feedback about so that we can ensure your safety and increase your performance.

These sessions are designed to fit into your schedule wherever and whenever you like. Virtual sessions have more flexibility in the cancellation and rescheduling process so that we can accommodate your busy life. These sessions are the best value investment because the session itself is discounted because it does not require any travel time from the trainer. These sessions are great for beginners to develop a routine; for skilled lifters to learn new exercises, for the less-motivated to have accountability; and for experienced exercisers to reach that next level.

Nutritional Guides

For the last 4 years, I have used the principles of Precision Nutrition to help the vast majority of my clients reach their health and fitness goals. The system has been scientifically validated in 3 separate peer-reviewed publications. It is effective because it combines nutrition science with behavior-change coaching to help you build long lasting dietary changes. It’s a simple 3 step process that we repeat over and over again until we get to where you want to be:

  1. We gather information

  2. We analyze the data

  3. We decide what to do next, based on the evidence.

In the end, we will create an individual dietary guideline to help you achieve your goals.

Customized Programming

There are so many options for fitness programming out there. I have personally used programs from Mike Boyle, Mark Rippetoe, Jim Wendler, and Pat Davidson. These are classic training protocols that will make you strong. There are also plenty of other great free options on websites like T-Nation, Bodybuilding.com, or Men’s/Women’s Health that can improve your general fitness. However, if you want a specific program designed for your individual abilities and goals, then you need to hire an experience trainer to help create a fitness protocol to get you efficient and long-lasting results. 

My Plan: We will establish your fitness level, analyze your goals, and set your exercise schedule. Then I will create a customized program for you complete with warm-up, strength, cardio, conditioning, and mobility. 

Pricing Options:

$250 for an Individualized 4-Week Program with weekly email check-ins. 

$300 for an Individualized 4-Week Program using my Personal App powered by Trainerize:

$400 for Individualized 4-Week Fitness and Nutritional Program plus a 20 minute video call to answer any questions, provide exercise tips, and/or discus any modifications. 

$500 for a complete and customized 12-week training cycle, ideal for events such as Hiking the Indica Trail, First 10k Run, NYC Marathon, or preparing for ski season.
